CROATIA - In Istria County, from March 15 to April 14, all shops and tourist facilities were closed, except food shops and gas stations.
Foreign nationals entering the Republic of Croatia who have visited particularly high risk countries (category 1) in the last 14 days: Italy, Iran, China (Hubei Province including Wuhan City), South Korea (Daegu City and Cheongdo Province) and Germany ( Heisenberg district in the German state of North Rhine - Westphalia) will be detained for a 14-day quarantine and all Croatian nationals will be subject to a 14-day home quarantine / self-isolation obligation after leaving the affected area.
All foreign nationals entering the Republic of Croatia who have visited one of the countries (category 2) in the last 14 days: China (except for the area already covered by Category 1), South Korea (except for the area already covered by Category 1), Hong Congo, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Bahrain, Germany, France, Switzerland, Spain, Austria, England, the Netherlands, Sweden and the Bela Krajina region of Slovenia will be kept in 14 days self-isolation and must have proof of secured accommodation in Croatia. Croatian citizens coming from these countries are required to have 14 days home quarantine / self-isolation health surveillance, ie they cannot leave Croatia until the 14-day health surveillance expires.
Sick people in all the above areas should contact their physician for isolation, diagnosis and treatment in case of symptoms.
